This hotel isn’t even part of your network, yet you took my advance payment; we were denied entry and had to find accommodation in the middle of the night.

“Too bad regarding location , no phone number t contct & unpolite staff”

I tried to reach the hotel by phone but every number was unreachable, and I had to keep sending messages to confirm my advance payment. The building looked like a dungeon from the outside, with no signboard, making it hard to find. The staff were rude and impolite, and they collected the advance via email after I couldn’t get through. Don’t stay here.

“Tastefully decorated room with nice facilities”

The room was beautifully decorated and the facilities were nice; the staff were courteous and friendly. However, there were no charging sockets for laptop chargers, and the hotel should install hot water systems because there was no hot water available.

“Costly only for stay without any services.”

The hotel is very small, with no kitchen or restaurant and no service. I was the only guest staying, and the whole night was disrupted by metro construction, making it impossible to sleep.
