The bar and restaurant areas were good, but everything after the lifts needed updating, the dirty laundry trolleys in the corridor and the room definitely needed updating, and all the tiles in the shower were broken because the floor had sunk.

The location and staff were good, but the food was average and the hot water wasn’t consistent.

The facility was clear and efficient. Service at the brasserie was average, and when I went to the bar the service was okay but not great. In the room, a Nespresso machine and water in the fridge were nice touches for that price. The bed was very comfortable and the monsoon shower was nice too. There was no parking or a proper drop‑off area; the camera‑controlled, limited‑time zone is always risky if reception isn’t ready. The rooms were very dark with low lighting, making it hard to work or read, and overall the room felt a bit gloomy.
