For the price it was a decent find: free parking on the property, just a short walk to downtown, and the owner was chatty and helpful. The downside was the steep, narrow streets leading up from the center and a packed yard that made pulling out with a car a hassle.

Great spot and spotless rooms – everything was exactly where I needed it.

The staff were always around, friendly and quick to answer any question, and the room was spotless with a super comfy bed. It’s only about a ten‑minute walk to the centre, and the host gave us solid tips on sights and restaurants plus let us check out early. Getting there was a nightmare though – the road is a narrow, two‑way climb with sharp bends that can freak out anyone not used to it, and the “parking” was really a cramped courtyard where you have to shuffle other cars to get yours out.
