The place was a total disaster. The room was filthy, the door was broken, and the owner claimed I hadn't even booked it despite having a confirmed reservation. The bathroom was a real eyesore. I'm still trying to process how bad it was.

The staff were super friendly and had a lovely way of speaking, which made a big difference in my stay. However, there were a few issues with the rooms - some of them didn't have working main doors or bathroom locks, and the air conditioning was pretty useless. It would either blow hot air or not work at all, even when I set it to a lower temperature.

The hotel offered great value for the price, with spacious and airy rooms. However, there were a few things that needed improvement - the staff seemed a bit disorganized, and the location wasn't exactly central.
