The spot was great for our plans, yet the building—large and old—was utterly neglected, covered in dust and animals right at the entrance. The rooms were in terrible condition: bedding and towels were stained and smelly, and the pillows we requested were missing and looked awful. I had no confidence sleeping or showering there. With no other rooms available, I felt it was almost a $2,000 MXN theft and will never return.

The climate control didn’t work, the TV was broken and the remote’s batteries were dead. The room was dirty, damp, and needs major improvements.
