The staff were incredibly kind, the location was excellent, and the place was spotless! I’ll definitely return in January. 💖 Nothing to complain about.
The venue was good, and there were no issues.
The location near the supermarket and station is convenient. However, the room was dirty—hair, dust on the chandeliers, and not enough light.
The spot is ideal for train travelers—Hotel Robinson is literally a 2‑minute walk from Roma Termini, so you’re practically inside the station. Cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I arrived around 11:00 AM to drop off luggage before the 1:30 PM check‑in, and the receptionist understood and let me in immediately. All in all, a fantastic stay with great service. Highly recommended!
“Todo perfecto”
The reception staff were very friendly. The facilities are a bit old but well maintained and clean, with air conditioning and good sound insulation. The location is perfect. No doubt it will be one of our favorites for a future visit.
