“Denied check-in despite reservation”
I had a reservation, drove 6 hours to the hotel, and was exhausted and ready for bed, yet they denied check‑in because they wouldn’t accept a VISA debit or cash and wouldn’t accept any damage deposit, even $1000, so they told me to find another place; policies should be communicated before a 6‑hour drive.
It was across from the bar, but the staff were an issue.

Unfortunately, this guest's stay was marred by excessive noise from the restaurant located adjacent to their room. The proximity to the restaurant made it difficult for them to relax and enjoy their stay.
Prima hotel, nothing negative.
