The pool was amazing, the staff were great, and the location was perfect; the rooms were spacious and very clean. Everything was just right, and I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea that was supplied.

All the staff at the hotel are excellent, friendly, very welcoming, and helpful; they organized day trips for us, which was really enjoyable. Our villa was lovely as well. Once inside the resort, there are a number of steep steps that guests need to take to get from the villas, which are based in the beautiful jungle grounds, to and from the reception area daily, and we were not expecting that before booking.

Hotel w centrum Ubud, z łatwym dostępem do atrakcji miasta, ale z cichym ogrodem i basenem dający przyjemną przestrzeń do relaksu i odpoczynku po zwiedzaniu okolicy. Obsługa hotelu natychmiast zareagowała na naszą prośbę obejrzenia Kecak Dance, wskazując nam miejsce przedstawienia i zapewniając bezpłatny transport do miejsca imprezy. Śniadania w hotelowej restauracji były pyszne, a my chętnie wracaliśmy wieczorem na tataki z tuńczyka z lampką białego wina. Niestety restauracja położona jest od strony ulicy, co wiąże się z hałasem przy posiłkach.

“Roligt og smukt hotel med en god atmosfære”

Super smukt hotel, der var rent og pænt. Venligt personale og god morgenmad samt forplejning om eftermiddagen. Fitnesscenteret var ikke tilfredsstillende. Maskiner der var gået i stykker og meget ringe stand
