The cleanliness of the hotel was a major plus, but unfortunately, the staff's attitude let it down. They seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the stay a bit of a struggle.

Shyamal resort is a very nice palace, with friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The whole atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful, making it a great place to unwind.

This resort is a real gem. The staff are super friendly and always willing to lend a hand, which makes a big difference when you're on holiday. My room was spotless, and the whole resort is really well-maintained. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit on the small side, but that's a minor complaint when everything else is so great.
