The location by the lake and mountains is lovely, staff are friendly, check‑in and parking are easy, and the bar and restaurant are fine. Unfortunately the fires disrupted Wi‑Fi and drinking water, but I expect that will be fixed soon.

The spot next to the Burguillo reservoir is spectacular, the room is spacious, has air‑conditioning and a mosquito net so you can sleep with the window open at night. The room feels basic for its price, the bathroom smells like pipes, the beds are too hard, and the room isn’t well insulated.

The door was hard to open and close, the double superior room listed as having a balcony but it doesn’t, the bathroom door jammed, and the price is outrageous for what’s offered.

We were delighted with the accommodation, the area, and the family. The room looks brand new, the whole family was wonderful, the lodging near the river makes it even more comfortable, we ate at a restaurant and it was a treat, we’re thrilled. Thank you very much.
