“Delightful haven in great location”

The facility was huge, the ceilings high, and the artistic vibe great. A little noise in the courtyard some nights was the only downside.

“Beautiful hotel, but pay attention to the room category and key card policy”

The hotel was lovely and beautifully designed. We booked three rooms for our family; two were spacious, attractive, and comfortable, but the third felt claustrophobic, poorly maintained, and even raised safety concerns. The biggest disappointment was how the situation was handled: we were willing to pay extra to move to a room like the other two, but no alternative was offered. Instead, we received a partial breakfast credit, which was appreciated but didn’t solve the problem. The stay ended with a €15 charge for a missing plastic key card and an unfriendly reception attitude. As frequent travelers we understand problems happen, but hospitality is measured by resolution, and this experience left us disappointed.

“Great stay”

Everything else was fine. It was impossible to find the light switch for the lights above the sinks, and I wish there had always been someone at reception during normal hours.

“Could have been fantastic but left a bit disappointed!”

Quirky interior decoration. Large well equipped rooms. Air conditioning. Good social space. Close to city sites and restaurants. Close to the stop for the airport bus. Although we were warned that a private function would be taking place at this hotel during our stay (the warning came 3 days before our arrival), what we were not warned about was the excessive noise. We were unable to sleep until 2.30am, the time that the function finished. On raising this issue with staff the following morning, they seemed uninterested

Friendly staff, great location, quiet room fully equipped. Breakfast wasn’t included in the price and had to be arranged separately, but it was available on site and very tasty and plentiful. Occasionally there was construction noise from the neighboring building.
