The room was very nice, comfortable, and clean, with all the necessities for the stay. Breakfast was abundant and generous, and the owners were very kind and available. It might help to clarify in the description that the room is in a basement, has courtyard windows, requires a few stairs, and shares an entrance with the owners. Otherwise, the environment is fairly quiet and comfortable. Overall, I recommend it.

The cleaning was spot‑on, the location great, and the breakfast excellent—highly recommended. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.

“Roma per un weekend più lungo”

The place was spotless, and Alessandro was kind and welcoming upon arrival. It’s near the Colli Albani metro stop on line A, and even though it’s inside a large building, the sleep was very peaceful.

We’re really happy we picked B&B Viktoria for our Rome holiday. The accommodation matched the photos and other guests’ reviews exactly. The room was beautiful, clean, cosy, and well furnished. Breakfasts were decent, Italian‑style. Communication with the hosts was flawless. A supermarket, pharmacy, and other small shops are right next door, and the metro is only a few minutes away. We’d love to return; there’s no reason to look elsewhere. Everything was perfect.
