The suite was spacious enough for four or five people, with a kitchen, washing machine, and it felt clean and convenient, plus a 24‑hour supermarket was right across the street. The location isn’t exactly downtown Shibuya—just a few minutes’ walk—and there was no room service, which suited us fine.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tokyu Stay Shibuya. The room was surprisingly spacious, which was a big bonus after traveling around Japan, and the free coffee each day was a lovely touch. The hotel sits in a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and is only about a 10‑minute walk to Shibuya Station. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and we would happily stay here again when visiting Tokyo.
