Impressive Premium Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Carlos and Dunkeson made sure everything ran smoothly, the premium food was excellent and varied, the location was great and the beach was cleaned daily, the bed was comfortable and rooms were clean – impressive premium service. The only downside was the room air conditioning; it worked but wasn’t as cold as usual, so it should be checked for better customer comfort. Other than that, it was a great experience.

The pool and beverages were good, but I was assigned a room with known air‑conditioning problems that stayed at 80° overnight; after moving to a new building the room improved.
