Alexandru communicated excellently: the online info on Booking was clear and the follow‑up after booking was great. Fjola welcomed me at check‑in very professionally (well done!). The spot is perfect: Via del Pratello is a central street in Bologna full of bars and life; it can get very noisy at night, but our room faced an inner courtyard and was very quiet. The beds were comfortable, the room and shared bathroom were very clean. I asked for an invoice (it was a business trip) and it was sent immediately. The value for money is fair. Nothing was missing: it was exactly what the photos and Booking details promised.
The staff were amazing and the room matched or exceeded the price.

“Estancia aceptable”
The location is about 15 minutes from the center and the neighborhood has a good vibe. The apartment was very noisy and everything could be heard. The bathroom is private but located outside the room, and because the building is old it had a bad odor in the bathroom.
Breakfast was not included. It was great to find a completely silent room on a Friday night in a lively Bolognese street. The staff waited for me and called me even though I didn’t meet the agreed times.
