Nothing positive. Everything was terrible—the room was so awful I didn’t sleep at all, and the customer service was so bad I couldn’t cancel. Booking a three‑night stay was a huge mistake; I ended up staying at a friend’s place because the room’s construction was so bad.

Check-in was slow, and I had to pay in cash, which was a bit of a pain. And get this - I had to ask for toilet paper and towels, they weren't just provided. Not the smoothest experience.
