Parking was convenient, the staff were polite, and the elevator was big enough for luggage. The room had no balcony, only a window without mosquito screens, so ventilation was difficult. We also wished there were a sofa‑bed in the room, as the sofa was used as a triple bed.

Τοποθεσία. Μικρό δωμάτιο για τρία άτομα. Καθόλου άνετο. Δεν είχε μια καρέκλα να ακουμπήσεις τα πράγματα. Ουσιαστικά ληταν για 2 άτομα. Επίσης είχε κουβέρτες αντι για πάπλωμα.Ούτε παντόφλες μιας χρήσης. Επίσης είχε 2 ποτήρια σε τρίκληνο. Τέλος χρήζει ανακαίνησης.Εν κατακλείδι δεν είχε παροχές κι άνεση 4στερου

The room was clean, but it had no balcony or window view, and unfortunately there was no breakfast available. In the three‑person tub, there was a double bed and a sofa.

“It is NOT a 4 star hotel considering what they offer!!!”

The place was clean and the front desk staff were very helpful, and the hotel felt modern. However, when we booked, breakfast was listed as included, but upon arrival they said the kitchen was under renovation and that breakfast wasn’t part of our booking. Even though they claimed a refrigerator and kettle were in the room, the fridge didn’t work, there was no kettle, and no complimentary sugar, coffee, tea, or water. The complimentary bathroom gel and cream were leftovers from previous guests, half empty. When we asked for water and coffee, we were charged for it! We booked the most expensive room, so it was expected to have all those amenities without extra cost. We also had to carry our luggage ourselves because there was no valet, despite the 4‑star claim. They entered our room to make the bed but didn’t change the towels. The table on the terrace was very dirty; I cleaned it myself and left a towel and disinfectant wipes on the terrace, after which they cleaned the chairs and table. It didn’t feel like a 4‑star hotel at all.
