The rooms are clean and roomy, staff are helpful, the location is convenient, the restaurant offers both veg and non‑veg dishes, it’s not far from Hampi and other sights, free and safe parking is available, and it offers good value for money; food service timing could be better, though the quality is good.

The property sits in a superb location near the dam, the food was delicious with a nice South Indian breakfast and a la carte dinner; service was swift, housekeeping polite, rooms were large with great interiors, the bathroom and bed were tidy with efficient room service, everything felt premium, and they arranged the cab and guide service with the itinerary; I enjoyed the stay and highly recommend it.

The hotel is very good, but it’s far away from Hampi, so if you’re touring there it’s inconvenient; parking needs to be cleaner and there’s room for many more improvements.
