The host, Elena, could not have been more kind. We liked the town, the house, and the location. There were no complaints about quality‑price; it was exactly what we were looking for.

The central location and the supermarket directly opposite were positives. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and we had to share the bathroom and toilet with the owners, which wasn’t mentioned. The place was very noisy, smelled old and stale, and was freezing at night. In the end, we had two passing rooms separated from the owners’ apartment, and we didn’t feel very comfortable.

The rooms were clean and there was a garage. The price/performance ratio was unfavorable. The host appeared around 19 h, immediately scolded us for using the stove to heat a dish because the kitchenette (supposed to have a sink, storage, fridge, and stove, which was not the case) was non‑existent. “There won’t be enough gas” was the only comment, and she then sat on the terrace to smoke while we ate, without speaking to us. We received rules about the cats via SMS, then phone, then in person; our presence was tolerated but only the cat management mattered. We had to keep the bedroom doors closed so the cats wouldn’t hide under the beds, making it impossible to enjoy both the living area and the rooms. The space was essentially one or the other, so the rented area was very limited. The lack of privacy was another issue: contrary to what was stated, the bathroom was shared because the host would shower around midnight before cooking, locking the door from the outside to avoid being disturbed. We had to go through the kitchen to get there at night. In short, paying over 90 € for incorrect services, an absent welcome, restrictive rules, and a reduced living space is very expensive, especially compared to the quality of hospitality and services we experienced elsewhere on this trip.

There was plenty of space, plus an outdoor terrace with a view.

The rooms were very comfortable, in a quiet spot. The welcome was very friendly and very kind.
