I’m extremely disappointed: I still haven’t received the invoice, the front‑office person is unreachable for billing, breakfast promised in the package was missing, rooms weren’t cleaned properly, and towels were absent. These basic services were lacking, and the overall experience was very disappointing. Please fix these issues immediately and send the invoice without delay.

I was disappointed to find that the place was a fake hotel, exactly as shown in the pictures, and the OYO Rooms were extremely cramped.

Everything was worse; the rooms were not maintained properly and they didn’t clean them adequately.
