Hotel Splash Inn

“Vacaciones después de 15 años”

The room is very spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spotless and smells great; however, the receptionist had a bad attitude when we arrived, making us feel uneasy, and the TV remote was poorly working with low battery.

The service and facilities are good, but there were little animals in the room, like tatasjuanes.

The amenities are fine, but the grills are far from the pools and they don’t allow you to bring your own drinks.

“Todo muy bien excepto el servicio !”

I’m grateful for everything, but the receptionist was terrible—she didn’t help at all and was very arrogant. I wish they’d do something about her, like remind her to look after guests instead of being rude. This isn’t my first visit, but it’s the first time I’ve encountered such a rude staff member! 🥹

“Una experiencia con ausencia total en el servicio y amabilidad por parte del equipo del hotel splass”

The park was nice, yet the reception staff’s poor service and the overall lack of support from the rest of the team made the stay frustrating.
