The staff were amazing and the location is unbelievable, with plenty of markets, food stalls and restaurants nearby, but the AC was freezing cold 😂.

The spot was perfect, close to everything. The staff throughout the hotel were lovely. You arrive and feel at home. The pool and its surroundings are so inviting too. A huge shout‑out to the housekeeping team (Ahmed, Refat) who did a tough job in the 47 °C August heat—spotless clean! And the owner (Mr. Hossam) and his receptionist Ms. Koka are real sweethearts, always with a warm smile and always so helpful. Leaving
