We arrived and the location felt sketchy and unsafe, especially as a girl traveling with a friend; we didn’t even get the car checked.

The location was convenient and the manager was friendly, but a dead flea appeared on a pillow when the covers were pulled back, and out of all the rooms, mine was one of three that had occupants on both sides who partied outside their doors until the early morning, with TV noise bleeding through the walls all night—no sleep at all.
