The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and towels were plenty. The only downside was that there was no kettle in the room, and the hot‑water room shuts down at night, so I couldn't brew tea early in the morning. It wasn't a big deal, just a small inconvenience. Overall, I liked everything.

The check‑in and check‑out were quick, and the staff were always friendly. The room was spotless and surprisingly warm even in subzero weather, and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a log.
