After a long journey from the UK, we arrived at the hotel and a staff member standing outside told us there was no water, so we couldn't stay as booked. No prior notice was given, and it left me stuck between a rock and a hard place while my young children were exhausted and we were exposed to the blistering heat.

The location is far from the shrine.

The place is convenient, but the room is very small and the parking situation is frustrating with extra fees 🤔.
