We booked a room, but they told us it was already sold out and had no rooms. That was frustrating, and we had to find another place. Everyone was doing the same—listing the property, denying the booking, claiming no availability, then demanding extra money beyond the website price.
“A promising hotel with some major cleanliness issues”
I was initially impressed by the hotel's location and building, but my experience quickly took a turn for the worse. The sheets were dirty, and I even spotted cockroaches when I changed them. To make matters worse, I had to wait for the staff to change the sheets, which was a significant inconvenience.
“A Charming Hotel with Attentive Staff, but Some Initial Noise Issues”
My stay at this hotel was a delightful experience, thanks to its picturesque rooms with balconies offering breathtaking views of the surrounding trees. The staff were extremely attentive and always available to cater to my needs. However, I did face some initial difficulties sleeping due to noisy neighbors who were hosting loud gatherings. Fortunately, I was able to resolve the issue promptly with the assistance of the hotel staff, who efficiently addressed the problem.
“A pleasant stay with a minor communication issue”
I was a bit frustrated because my call wasn't answered, but overall my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel's location and amenities were great, and I enjoyed my time there. However, the lack of response to my call did leave a bit of a negative impression.
“A great location, but cleanliness issues abound”
The hotel's location was one of its best features, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The sheets were dirty, and I encountered cockroaches, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable.
