Altavista Casahotel - Asociado Casa Andina

The hotel offered activities, looked nice, and was super clean—overall a very pleasant experience. The restaurant service took too long.

The hotel was clean, modern, and overall great. The rooms were spectacular, comfortable, and spacious. There were plenty of green spaces and a forest for walks. Meals and dinners were prepared on the spot from a menu, and the staff were very attentive—everything was perfect. The only downside was that the rooms weren't soundproof; you could hear people talking or moving in the hallway. It was still quiet and away from street noise, but a spa or massage option would have made it a 10.

The staff were friendly, but breakfast had no variety, no cold drinks, and there was no hot water in the bathrooms.

The pool and river walk were gorgeous, and the view was very pretty. But the pool loungers were uncomfortable, lacking mats and not reclining. The room walls didn't block noise; I could hear every conversation from adjacent rooms, and the pillows were high and hard. The restaurant staff were terrible, taking too long and offering poor service.

The only thing I liked was the green areas. The staff were a problem.
