The front desk was friendly and the place is in a great spot, but I wish there was a meal option on site.

Everything was super organized, but I booked the pricier spa room expecting a working hot tub, only to find it broken when I got there.

The balcony gives a nice view of nature, but the bathroom is cramped and the shower is separate from the toilet, which is a bit inconvenient.

The staff were excellent and the breakfast was a highlight, but the TV in my room was dead.
