The location was great and close to everything, but the front desk staff never appeared; we waited 30 minutes to check in, and when I called the general manager he kept lying about his arrival time for our check‑in.

The only positive aspect of my stay at this hotel was the friendly manager, who seemed genuinely welcoming and helpful. However, beyond that, there was little to recommend this hotel. The rooms were unimpressive, and the overall atmosphere was lacking. I wouldn't say that I had any major complaints, but I also wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, its location is incredibly convenient, with public transportation, a coffee shop, market, and even Osan air base all within walking distance. Additionally, popular spots like Olive Young and Tony Moly cosmetics shops, as well as a Korean BBQ restaurant, are just a short stroll away.
