“Unhappy”

I missed breakfast because I had to leave early. I walked in and asked the desk clerk if they had a hospital or AARP discount; he said no and gave me a price. I left, booked online at a cheaper rate, then returned to pick up the room and was told I had to wait until the reservation was processed; we waited about 15 minutes in our car. I don’t get why walk‑in rates were so high and why the discount didn’t apply. The new clerk was a bit confused, and it seemed the staff were still training him, which let us both down. The property itself was good except for noise through the walls while trying to sleep. I probably won’t stay here again. We visit this area often for doctor appointments, and it’s a shame we have to look elsewhere for a more accommodating place.

“Not the best stay!”

The stags were great. We ran out of bath soap and toilet paper, and the top covers were dirty (we noticed it on the second night). The TV wouldn’t work and the couch needed fixing, so they replaced it. It wasn’t what we expected.

“Get some regular pillows!”

Clean, well lit & safe, allows dogs. The bed pillows feel more like throw pillows.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, pet friendly. Nothing to complain about.
