The bathroom was good. Everything else was fine.

“Very cool and pleasant apartment near the Centar.”

The décor of the space was attractive and the ceiling painting was interesting. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The carpets, however, weren’t vacuumed properly.

The location and the building’s style were great. However, I arrived after 19:00 and had to pick up the keys from a box; there was no lighting, and the phone’s illumination made the numbers hard to see due to glare. The bathroom lacked a bidet, the bed had only a thin sheet, and the wardrobe didn’t contain a suitable light blanket. The kitchen sink cabinet in the room was ugly, had coffee pods but no machine.

The location, space, cleanliness, and host’s kindness were excellent. The staff was very kind and let me check in much earlier (many thanks to Olivia). The only downside was that for check‑in you must go to their office to pick up the keys, which takes 5 minutes.

“Other than key problem all good”

Very central and close to the bus and train station. Checking in was a nightmare; I never received the final email with the address to collect the key and waited at the accommodation address. After several phone calls I finally got a text telling me where to get the key.
