Excellent location, interesting building, the hosts were wonderful and happy to help with anything. The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet from external noise. The building is right at the start of the promenade, which is great. Since our room was at the entrance of the flat, there was a bit of noise with tenants coming and going.

“Fantástico”

Everything was a pleasure staying here. From minute one they were super attentive and everything was perfect. Elvira was a delight and helped us a lot. The room was great, the beds very comfortable, and the bathroom was full‑fledged and spacious. I would definitely stay again if I return to La Spezia.

Exceptional service, Elisa and Simone are great hosts, they made things easy because La Spezia was our base arriving by car. They guided us on parking, boat tickets, etc. The room was great, highly recommended.

The spot is great, close to the train and the port, and the staff were excellent—Eliza guided us with everything we needed, even parking. The room was small but well equipped, and the window blocked out the noise. The room was a bit small.

“Very nice and great location”

Very nice, feels like a B&B. The owners were friendly and we kept in touch via WhatsApp before we arrived. The location is perfect, just 3 minutes from the station and right at the start of the pedestrian street packed with restaurants and shops. The room was quiet with no outside noise. There’s no parking, but the owners give great tips on where to park.
