The staff were super friendly, especially Caitriona, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The room was huge and the kitchen came fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's fantastic location, which made it easy to get around. However, things took a turn for the worse when we decided to extend our stay beyond the initial checkout time. The staff entered our room, disposing of my West Indies crab salad, toiletries, and bottled water, leaving me to deal with the chaos. To make matters worse, I lost my keys in the commotion and had to hire a locksmith to make a new one, which cost me a whopping $500.

I had a great stay at this hotel, enjoying its convenient location and comfortable accommodations. However, I was a bit disappointed with the gluten-free options for breakfast, which didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but with some room for improvement in terms of dietary offerings.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast was truly impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to our every craving. We were also treated to a fantastic surprise - a complimentary upgrade from a cozy one-bedroom suite to a spacious two-bedroom suite, which was an absolute delight.
