Hotel LiVEMAX Shiodome

“立地だけで言えばお得感あり”

The location and price were good, but after staying multiple nights I asked for the room not to be cleaned and left the towels outside, and they stayed there for two days; there were very few usable power outlets in the room, and although there was a socket on the bed frame, it didn’t work.

“満足です。”

They even looked after a friend’s luggage who wasn’t staying, and the staff were helpful, but the air‑conditioner blew directly onto the bed, making it feel cold when I tried to sleep.

I arrived late but the staff treated me with great kindness. I would have liked a table.

The staff were courteous and very helpful, the hotel was just a short walk from Shiodome Station, and although I thought there would be no shampoo or toothbrush, they were actually provided – it would have been clearer if the website listed those amenities. I was pleased that, despite being in a smoking room, there was no tobacco smell at all. The only minor issues were the lack of an internal phone line and the inability to send luggage via courier service.

“Good hotel, no frills”

Good location. Within walking distance to many attractions- Tokyo Tower, park, Imperial Palace. A lot of restaurants nearby. The room was adequate, no frills, good enough for 3 days stay. The bento box for breakfast was mostly rice. I regretted that I included breakfast when booking. The reception was often empty, so that luggage left for storage was just as safe as if left simply in the street. I ended up paying for late checkout so I wouldn't have to worry about it
