The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but I’m still waiting for the bill.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the place was peaceful. Unfortunately, public transport to Santiago is almost nonexistent; you really need a car to get around.

The location was good. The mattress was uncomfortable, it was too hot, there were few outlets, and the TV didn’t work.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the extremely friendly staff. However, I would have appreciated having a small fridge in the room to store some essentials.
