The owner was very hospitable and helpful. The setting is quiet and surrounded by nature, yet only 10‑15 minutes from any useful service. The only drawback was the lack of a fridge in the room.

The location is charming, with a splendid balcony overlooking the countryside between Pesaro and Fano. It’s far from city noise and offers a lot of peace. The host is exceptional, with endless experience, great professionalism, and friendliness.

The spot is beautiful, tucked in the fanesque hills, surrounded by greenery and calm—perfect for relaxing while still a few minutes from the sea. Graziella is an outstanding host: always available, she gave us clear directions to reach the place without trouble and tips on driving to avoid traffic and chaotic areas. She welcomed us warmly and kindly, making us feel at home instantly. She’s very cultured, and talking with her is enjoyable. We recommend this stay and will remember it fondly.
