The staff were wonderful, extremely professional, and went above and beyond to help us find local saunas and restaurants. They truly made the trip a pleasure. The location wasn’t as close to the beach as I would have liked, but taxis were affordable.

The staff were wonderfully friendly and kind, and the hotel sits among excellent bakeries and restaurants, with convenience stores and supermarkets just a stone’s throw away. The balcony/terrace is gorgeous at both dawn and dusk, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the area is quiet, far from the bustling beach yet cheap and easy to reach by taxi. The Wi‑Fi is great, and the suites are ideal for a bit of work while in Gangneung. I absolutely adored my time here.
