The spot was spot on for what we needed, and Kat at the front desk really went the extra mile to make sure my stay was pleasant.

The location worked out great, just a short walk to the ColonialLife arena.

The place is in a good spot, but the renovation is noisy and dust everywhere. The fire alarm blew, forcing us to use the stairs; no manager came down to explain that we could return to our rooms or that it was safe. The restaurant stayed open amid all that noise and dust, and it feels like the hotel and restaurant care is only about money. The beds are old and uncomfortable.
