The staff were very friendly, helpful, and had some knowledge of Italian. Arriving at 21:30, we comfortably dined at the hotel, enjoying good, varied dishes at a competitive price. The next day’s breakfast was discreet, mostly savory, but the chocolate crepes made fresh by the chef were a highlight. The bathroom was truly minimal. The rooms were spartan but clean (at least one chair would have been handy).

Nothing. The experience was simply shocking and disappointing. The hotel was far below our expectations and certainly didn’t justify the price we paid. The room was in an unacceptable condition, cleanliness was poor, and the maintenance seemed neglected. What upset us most was the staff’s attitude. When we tried to get help and resolve issues, we encountered indifference and very unprofessional service. Instead of trying to assist guests and find solutions, it felt like they just wanted us to stop complaining. We left feeling we paid a lot for very little in return. For us, this was one of the most disappointing hospitality experiences we’ve had. We won’t return or recommend the place. We also paid for breakfast that was below all standards, and they even asked us for extra money for a coffee. The pool area was wet and children fell out of the pool because of it. We won’t return to such a hotel or this kind of awful, substandard service. We talked to staff, and they simply ignored us completely.

The hotel is super well‑located, very close to the beach. The place feels like a family atmosphere, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The pool isn’t large but it’s clean and could be an alternative to beach time.
