“An unexpected upgrade. We were grateful!”

We had a problem with our room being double‑booked during a golden week. The owner immediately moved us to a neighboring hotel. Fantastic response to what could have been a problem.

The hotel was a hit – the room was spacious, stocked with everything we needed and even more, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We checked in late at night and they helped us order room service, for which we’re especially grateful. Everything else was great!

The room was comfortable, but the place felt like the middle of nowhere. No cleaning took place – there was no fresh toilet paper, towels, or rubbish removed. Getting to the reception was a challenge. The room was large, yet it seemed detached from the guesthouse, making the layout confusing.

The guide was very friendly and adapted well to our requests, knowing the terrain and the people we met along the way, which made the moments warm. The base camp felt a bit far from the center, and the desert tour could have included a motorized vehicle (quad or buggy, available at the camp).

The location was good, the bed comfortable, and the TV worked until the last day. The kitchen area, cabinet, sink, and shower room weren’t clean enough. There was no refrigerator in the room. On the last day the TV stopped working; we paid for it but couldn’t watch the FIFA game.
