“BAD BAD BAD!!”

I was 78 and arrived at 8am, but the manager wouldn’t let me drop my bags inside until the official check‑in at 3pm, so I had to stand outside with all my luggage from 8am to 3pm while he kept repeating “check‑in time 3pm” like a parrot. I’ve never had an experience like this in my life.

The parking was convenient, the island location was great, and Paulo’s friendly, efficient service made everything practical. The only downside was a slight damp smell.

The place was quiet and well‑situated for exploring the island, but overall it fell short on several key points: the bedding was very uncomfortable with the slats feeling through the mattress; basic amenities like coat hooks were missing; cleaning was superficial—hair and pet fur were found in the sink and on the sofa; communication was impersonal, only automated WhatsApp messages and no direct host response; parking info was only sent two days before departure. The location has potential, but the facilities and hospitality didn’t meet expectations.

“A charming and comfortable place with a great shared-kitchen concept.”

The apartment was cozy, nicely furnished, and fully equipped. I especially liked the shared kitchen concept, which was well‑stocked and let me choose whether to eat there or in my own space. We had a pleasant stay and felt at home. Parking was a bit tight, but after talking with the owner we sorted it out without any trouble.
