They didn’t honor the reservation, and when I arrived there were no rooms left, so I had to find another hotel on the spot with my luggage already there.

The room was clean, comfortable, and simple in its décor, and it’s about 1.5 km from the basilica—easy to walk to. However, parking is limited, and there’s a lot of noise at night from some nearby machinery.
