The property was flawless, with top‑class hygiene and convenience. The real added value was the owner: on Sunday evening, out of town, he fixed a blackout in a flash with rare empathy and kindness that can’t be bought. Ten for the human factor, 9.5 for the place!

A lovely B&B in a quiet corner of Polistena, with a great spot and a warm welcome even though the host doesn’t speak English. The room was cleaned daily and a tasty breakfast was included, and there are good restaurants within walking distance; parking is also easy. The balcony lacked a clothes hanger for beach gear, the pillows felt very flat and low—though that might be a personal preference—and the cleaning lady seemed a bit grumpy.

Casa pulita e accogliente, molto silenziosa e ben organizzata.colazione buona. Host presente e Ttento. Posizione non molto semplice da individuare, ma comunque in zona centrale. cattivo odore proveniente probabilmente da esterno
