“Find another hotel”
The lobby and first impression were great, so I expected the rooms to match. Instead, our basement room felt isolated and filthy. The carpets looked like drywall dust, the bathroom floor had moldy insect traps, the sink and bathroom were unclean with brown residue, and there was poop smeared on the lower bathroom wall with a dirty towel hanging on the door. The fire alarm was hanging off the wall. We couldn’t believe it. The hotel doesn’t live up to its ratings and we would have left, but no other rooms were available.
