The breakfast was excellent and the room was spacious. I did notice some dust and the bathrooms could use a renovation.

“Angenehme Atmosphäre in Meeresnähe”

The breakfast was fantastic with an incredible selection of dishes, and the reception staff were very friendly. However, the parking could not be found without asking the reception beforehand. The TV had no German channels, which should have been available today. The air conditioning did not work, and the noise level from the bar outside the hotel was quite high when the windows were open.

“Super!”

Kindness and courtesy defined the stay, and the gentle hospitality of Mrs. Susanna at the breakfast service fully satisfied us. The location was exceptional. The only drawback was that it was a bit noisy at night, and the chaos was felt, but that was not the hotel’s fault.

“Nice position but needs upgrades”

I arrived to a bright balcony with a sea view that felt like a 10/10, and the breakfast was amazing, though I still wondered how desserts like tiramisu and yogurts could stay unrefrigerated for hours. The single lift could barely fit two people, let alone luggage, so I expected a long wait or to take the stairs. The staff never greeted me when I returned to the hotel and barely looked up from what they were doing; their basic communication skills and lack of interest were constant throughout my stay. The room felt old and cramped, with a TV mounted on the right side of the bed, forcing me to sit or lie on that side to watch. This was my second visit, and unlike the great first stay, this 4* hotel left me disappointed, especially given its price.
