The location and the spa were great, yet the bed felt a bit soft for my taste.

“Decent place to stay”

The rooms were nice and it was useful to have two separate beds, but the spa pool—just one of many in such a huge hotel—was small.

Being close to the Treaty Grounds and within walking distance of Paihia puts the hotel in an excellent spot.

“Rooms ok but we were too far from the group we were with.”

We went with another family and I tried to have our rooms closer as we were put at opposite ends of the facility. Our friends paid more and I couldnt understand why they were all the way to the end by the river when the entire wing was pretty much empty. Our room was good near the tennis courts and the beds were super comfy. I feel like its time to consider heating the pool. Spa was good and breakfast very good value for money
