The cleanliness and neat décor were impressive, the housekeeping staff were available and efficient, and breakfast service was very pleasant and friendly. The two twin beds were terribly uncomfortable, so sleeping on the floor felt less hard.

The rooms were spacious and stylish, and the breakfast was really good with excellent service, but the elevator was broken so we had to climb two flights of stairs.

Breakfast was varied, the spot was convenient, and the staff were friendly, but our room (number 114) was only 11 square metres, much smaller than other double rooms, making it hard to move luggage and walk around; we found two long hairs in the bathroom, the furniture was heavily worn (the bathroom door looked like it had been punched), the bathtub was dirty, and the outlet next to my partner’s bed didn’t work. Our friends in a proper room had a great stay, so we still recommend the hotel but insist that all rooms of the same price level maintain consistent standards.

“Wir kommen gerne wieder .🤗”

The location is easy to reach from the airport by taxi or boat, and the staff were friendly, though a bathroom magnifying mirror would have been a nice addition.
