I really enjoy places like this – a bit off the beaten path, quiet, historic, and with its own vibe. The building itself has a distinct character. The garden is gorgeous with sculptures, a pond, plenty of greenery, and… cats that roam freely in the middle. It’s a small detail, but it adds to the atmosphere. The property is impeccably maintained, showing the owners’ attention to detail, and the mood feels genuinely warm and somewhat homely. A big surprise was the dinner included in the price. The kitchen was delicious, local, and full of personality. I only stayed one night, which is probably what I miss most. I get the sense that the history of this place never ends—it simply continues… :)
