“Great apartment in Balat's back streets”

The host communicated well and the neighbourhood was awesome. The apartment had been recently and tastefully decorated and featured a very cute private courtyard. I didn’t use much of the kitchen, but it seemed well equipped. The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. The bedroom is on a noisy street, which may disturb light sleepers.

The apartment is in a lively and great area, everything is available, no need for delivery apps or taxis. The apartment is comfortable and clean, and the owner is meticulous about order and supplies everything except drinking water. He was helpful and I thank him a lot. The only issue is there is a bit of ants on the floor.

“Ідеальне розташування”

From the first step to the last message to the owner when we left, everything was incredible. The air conditioner worked properly, the soundproofing was perfect—nothing from the street could be heard even though it’s a tourist area. The location is one of the best, as I noticed. I still recommend using public transport, whose stops are 5 minutes from the apartments, rather than walking. Historical and cultural sites, a view of the cove, and a lot of great cafés are nearby. I especially want to highlight Kadiro—he helped everyone as much as he could, always friendly and polite. We are more than satisfied with our time there. The only downside is that in the apartments you can hear a lot when someone does something in the hallway—footsteps, conversations, or doors closing—almost as if it’s in a neighboring room.

I enjoyed the bright, wood‑rich space, but the neighborhood noise—birds, dogs, and everyday city life—made sleeping hard unless you’re a light sleeper, though it’s part of the local vibe.
