“Could have been better. :(”
Everything was brand new and the room stayed quiet, but the lack of carpet made the floor slick after showers, and this morning the shower pressure was almost nonexistent, so I couldn’t wash my hair.
“Large room”
The room was fine, but the walk to the hotel was too far for my 86‑year‑old mom, especially since the hotel is on the opposite end of the two‑hotel complex.
Nice room, but there was no free breakfast as advertised on Booking.
We were told we couldn’t get breakfast because we booked at Mainstay instead of Comfort Inn, and they offered $10 per person for it, which we declined; the staff were rude, especially when we asked about coffee and breakfast after arriving on a motorcycle, and they handed us a receipt and said we weren’t eligible—such a shame.
“The laundry room was good.”
Had I known there was no breakfast at Mainstay, I would have chosen Comfort Inn instead; see the previous point.
